The Barn Turned Art Gallery
The Longview Gallery is an art gallery in its third operating year. The building, originally an 1800s barn, was renovated in early 2024. The space retains much of its 19th-century structure and soul, including the striking wood beams and south-facing stone wall.
The gallery sits on a historic farm property in Chester Springs now called the Longview Farm, on 12 acres of fields and wooded land. It is off the beaten path - a sanctuary of creativity, community, nature connection, and great sunsets.
The gallery features 5 solo artist exhibitions per year and an annual Holiday Exhibit. In addition, there are craft markets, yoga classes, workshops, and gatherings.
Longview gallery is open on Sundays from 12-3pm. Every 1st Saturday from 5-8pm is an opportunity to visit the gallery, whether for an Opening Reception or Live Music.
The Longview Gallery's mission, put simply, is to build community and provide a space where creativity can flourish and be supported.
