This portrait is both a personal breakthrough and a heartfelt tribute to my daughter. As only my second oil painting, it pushed me to stretch beyond my comfort zone—technically and emotionally—unveiling a layer of artistic expression previously unexplored. A white daisy with shades of purple, blooms at the center, rising from a lively field of scribbled rainbow-colored daisies, bursting with movement and color. More than a floral study, Daisy is a celebration of motherhood—the wild beauty, the chaos, the color, the love. It’s a visual expression of what it means to nurture and be nurtured. It holds a special place in my heart as my favorite work in this collection.
